Heading:  COADE announces the release of updated Vessel Software for 2005.

HOUSTON, January 12, 2005 - COADE, Inc. has released PVElite Version 2005 and CodeCalc Version 2005, updated editions of the company’s popular integrated vessel design and stress analysis software that incorporate the latest 2004 ASME BPV Code Section VIII, including UHX tubesheets and thin bellows expansion joints, as well as new European standard (EN-13445) and updated ASME material databases. This release also includes an all new material database editor and an improved user interface. Also added are structural steel databases for Korean, Japanese, British, German, Australian, South African and Indian standards; wind codes for Australian and European users and the Mexican seismic code, all of which provide enhanced localized content for definitions and analysis criteria. Numerous other enhancements are provided in both programs.

PVElite provides engineers, designers, estimators, fabricators and inspectors with complete design of tall towers, horizontal vessels, "pots and pans" and individual vessel components. Its graphical modeling capabilities are easy to use and allow for quick data assembly and vessel analysis. PVElite evaluates the full structure as well as its individual components, incorporating the latest pressure vessel codes and standards such as the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, PD 5500, ASCE #7, Uniform Building Code (UBC), National Building Code, International Building Code (IBC), ANSI B16.5, TEMA and WRC Bulletin 107 and 297.

CodeCalc provides for design and analysis of individual pressure vessel and heat exchanger components. In addition to pressure and wall thickness calculations, CodeCalc evaluates loads from supports and attachments. It includes extensive built-in materials and components databases and the latest standards from ASME, TEMA and the UBC.

All COADE software is designed for quick start up and tested using stringent quality assurance (QA) standards. COADE backs the software with a trained team of software engineers and program developers.
