NESTOR SIGNS AS NEW COADE SOFTWARE RESELLER IN NORWAY

HOUSTON, January 2, 2006 : COADE, Inc. announced today that Nestor, a major provider of CAD, Web and information technology solutions in Norway, has signed with FERN Computer Consultancy LTD UK to be a reseller for COADE's CAD and CAE software products in Norway. COADE products offered by Nestor will include the CADWorx suite for process plant design as well as CAESAR II, the world's most widely used pipe stress analysis software; PV Elite and CodeCalc, pressure vessel and component design and analysis software programs; and TANK, comprehensive engineering software for designing and analyzing oil storage tanks.

"COADE has been expanding its CAD presence in Europe, a region where our mechanical engineering analysis software is well known for some time," explained Bill Evans, head of Sales and Operations for COADE. "We think Norway has great potential for growth," he continued, "so our signing the recognized leader in that segment as our dealer should prove beneficial for COADE, Nestor and FERN."

Over the past 10 years, Nestor, an Autodesk System Center, has become the number one provider of Autodesk-based CAD solutions in Norway, now holding over 30% of the market. Before actually signing with FERN, Nestor began looking at the COADE line of products as a way to fulfill the ever increasing need for AutoCAD-based plant design tools for the growing market in Norway's hydrocarbon processing and oil- and gas-related industries. Also, Norway has a strong offshore industry, an industry for which COADE products are well suited. Halvor Jensen, the administrative director of Nestor described the basis for the decision to partner with COADE. "Users are seeing that AutoCAD-based solutions can offer them all of the functionality they need without the high overhead of traditionally complex, expensive systems," Jensen explained, "and we concluded that the CADWorx line has the best combination of ease, features, functionality and scalability needed for any type or any size of project out there." Nestor's Jensen concluded by stating, "Nestor intends to continue to expand in Norway, and we believe this is the right product for our market and that it comes at the right time for Nestor." Nestor's company headquarters are in Sandvika, Norway, outside Oslo. Other locations are in Bergen, Stavanger and Alesund, Norway

With 25 years in business, FERN is a well established value-added distributor of leading engineering and business software solutions in the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe. The firm has been a leading COADE distributor/dealer in Europe for 12 years. FERN focuses on CAD/CAE, customer relationship management (CRM) and business accounting solutions.
